In this page I would like to introduce the “babies” I now have and……. those I once had…….
Those with me now …….
1) CoCo the English Cocker Spaniel.
2) RanGer the Maremma Sheepdog.
3) LiTTy the Pudding hamster.
4) PopCoRn the Pearl Winter White hamster (was adopted by my helper in early Apr 2009 but it is still living in same house)
5) Boomer the Blonde long hair Syrian (She is one of HamsteyClaus’s babies which I kept)
and………
Those I once had …….
1) BeBe the Shetland Sheepdog (sable).
He was the first dog my husband and I had together, he loved biting everything. Once we were surfing the net and suddenly the connection went MIA. We checked the modem, the router and even called the service provider but to no avail and finally realized it was BeBe under the bed happily chewing the network cable. Although BeBe is no longer in this world……..he remained handsome..
2) DoDo the cross between a Cairn Terrier and a West Highland Terrier.
She is one of the 2 puppies from a abandoned/lost dog which I had from the day she was born. Although DoDo is the smallest dog I have, she is the one with characters hence resulted in 3 fights with Jeannies, the German Shepherd (yes, she fought with a German Shepherd even though she is not even 1/5 of her size). My husband adores her character. DoDo was adopted together with Taurus by a police dog trainer 3 years ago when we moved back to living in an apartment.
3) Taurus the Golden Retriever.
4) Jeannies the German Shepherd.
We bought her to guard the house as we were traveling extensively in the past. However, DoDo could not get along with Jeannies and liked to provoke her, resulted in 3 fights all ended up with DoDo being injured. After much thought, we decided to look for a home for Jeannies where she will be the only dog and we found her a loving family. We believed this is the only way Jeannies and DoDo can be happily living in this world.
5) Mr Anderson the Persian cross.
6) Morpheus the Persian.
7) Trinity the Persian.
Pixel the Mystery.
Trinity was pregnant before we could send her for sterilization and we were caught by the surprise. Trinity gave birth to a litter of six and Pixel is the only surviving kitty. We believed the father should be Morpheus but we have no way of proving. Pixel has Mr Anderson’s playfulness and Morpheus’s look.
9) Merovingian the Norwegian Forest Cat.
10) 11 Hamsters (Long Hair Syrian and Roborovski) + 1 Guinea Pig + 2 rabbits. I do not have a photo of these babies that were once with me. I did not intend to have so many hamsters but the pet shop I bought gave me a wrong sex hamster, resulting in an accidental breeding. The rabbits were with me for less than 2 weeks due to my own ignorant believing in the pet shop’s wrong advice on not to give water to the rabbits. That pet shop was closed for 2 weeks by NEA after I lodged a complaint as one of the rabbits sold to me was also already injured to begin with. Anyway, they have all joined Bebe and Mero playing in a place we will all be visiting one day.
11) Marine fish tank. I do not know how to describe a bunch of marine fish swimming in a tank, so here’s some photos to speak a thousand words I cannot think of.
12) Kiddie the mongrel. She was a stray which was rescued and brought home to be my very first puppy. I slept with her in the same bed even though I have allergy reaction from her fur. Because of her, I learnt that we cannot feed chocolate to dogs even though I bought those sold in the pet shop. During an incident, she ran away and probably got lost so I have not seen her since.
13) HamsteyClaus the Albino Long Hair Syrian hamster
PS :
a) Morpheus and Trinity are now living with a family who loves cat. When I advertised to re-home them 4 years ago, a 15 years old girl called me to express interest. I asked her to bring one of her parents with her for an interview and the entire family came.
b) Pixel and Mr Anderson are individually re-homed to 2 girls who promised to take good care of them and I have confident in this.
and finally …………………………………………The End!
