Two starting points
The renewals keep arriving, the consultants keep billing, and half the modules have never been opened. Xintesys covers the transactions a mid-sized company actually runs — quotations, orders, stock, payroll, the ledger — and leaves out the machinery built for conglomerates.
We move your history across, opening balances included, while you keep working on the old system until the new one has earned your trust.
Versions multiply. Two reports disagree and nobody knows which one to believe. Month-end takes a week. There’s no shame in any of that — a spreadsheet was the right tool until roughly last year.
We switch on a small set of modules first — often just quotations, invoicing and inventory — and load your existing spreadsheets as the opening data. Everything else waits until it would pay for itself.
The core idea
A quotation becomes a sales order. The order becomes a delivery note, the delivery becomes an invoice, and the invoice posts to the ledger on its own. Nobody retypes a line — which is why the sales figures and the accounts stop telling two different stories.

The feasibility review exists so we only take on systems we can deliver well. A polite no early is cheaper for everyone than a heroic rescue later.
